Retreat to Khandala - 4th - 6th August
Fr. Leon Rodrigues the director of
AVEC and Br. Jeswin Mastan were invited to Khandala to conduct a retreat for
the Christian girls of St. Agnes High School at Jesus and Mary Convent,
Khandala.
It was three day retreat wherein
the girls were invited to know themselves better. Through varied talks,
sessions, games and movies they were invited to discern God’s call in their
life. Sr. Josefina, RJM also shared her vocation story and asked the girls to
be attentive to the voice of the Lord. Br. Jeswin Mastan, who is preparing
himself to venture out to the missions of Japan enlightened the girls on the
call to be a missionary. Mr. Savio, a youth from DBYS – Don Bosco Youth Services,
helped the girls make a choice for the Lord.
The retreat ended with a vote of
thanks.
