Apostolic Carmel, Bandra – 8th July 2017
Sr. Suchitra invited Fr. Leon Rodrigues sdb, the director of
AVEC to speak to the parents of Apostolic Carmel, High School Bandra on the
occasion of their annual PTA meeting.
On the occasion Fr. Leon spoke on the topic ‘tools for
effective parenting’ and highlighted that the role of the parent is to help the
child face the world once she becomes an adult and hence children needed to be
treated with respect and love.
He enlightened the parents on the A-Z of parenting and also
helped them to understand their adolescent children.
